I seem to be unable to reach the Dev version of this. The site coughs up an error of being unable to download resource at path /. Can anyone else get anything out of this? |

Is there a current download for the dev version of this? The website link in the initial post gives me an error.

I'd like to do the full integration of TS3, Jabber, and SMF, and this appears to be the best option for that. Can anyone suggest any other options? This is the song.... |

Clearly I'm doing something wrong. I can't get there in a web browser (tried in Chrome, Opera and IE) and it doesn't appear to be an SVN link. I keep getting the same error. How are you people accessing this? This is the song.... |

In SMF, when I try to add a rule, I get the following:
wrote:Server error The website encountered an error while retrieving http://URL/index.php?action=admin;area=tea;sa=rules;e4a4a25b4=04408874eb0155387054dbf36efa4716. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly. Here are some suggestions: Reload this webpage later. HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.
Note: root url has been removed.
This is the error out of chrome. I get similar errors out of IE and Opera. I've gone through this thread and can't find any fixes. This is the song.... |

I forgot to include (was rushing to finish something else) that the rest of the SMF forum works without a problem. This is the song.... |

After having read, in more detail, the rest of this thread, the error in question is, in fact (from the apache logs):
Quote:[Fri Nov 02 16:27:11 2012] [error] [client 108.172.68.58] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'String could not be parsed as XML' in /var/www/Sources/TEA.php:1682\nStack trace:\n#0 /var/www/Sources/TEA.php(1682): SimpleXMLElement->__construct('')\n#1 /var/www/Sources/TEA.php(1317): TEA->settings_rules('http://papercut...')\n#2 /var/www/Sources/TEA.php(2985): TEA->Settings('http://papercut...')\n#3 /var/www/Sources/Admin.php(519): ModifyTEASettings()\n#4 [internal function]: AdminMain()\n#5 /var/www/index.php(151): call_user_func('AdminMain')\n#6 {main}\n thrown in /var/www/Sources/TEA.php on line 1682, referer: http://papercutsyndicate.com/index.php?action=admin;area=tea;sa=rules;be5dfbb63=20cce3f23c114c4927af5b627d687f81[Fri Nov 02 16:27:11 2012] [error] [client 108.172.68.58] File does not exist: /var/www/favicon.ico
I've tried reinstalling the mod following the varied rules found on here. I've changed all instances of http://api to https://api. I've chmod'd files in an attempt to make them writable (or not, as the case may be). And I made a blood sacrifice to my bathroom door when I stubbed my toe on it while thinking about this problem.
Any suggestions? (Bandaids have already been applied, need server suggestions.) This is the song.... |

I actually read the thread and found out how to fix it.
Xadi Senga wrote:Together with the help with Troy we tried to fix some of the errors, sadly unseccesfull. That was because this error; Quote:Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'String could not be parsed as XML' in is not from the script but from the server, in my situation it was because cURL extension + package was not installed. After this all worked again. So for people that have the Fatal error, see that u have installed all the extensions need to run this mod. This is the song.... |

So, I've completed getting this mod working with SMF, but now I'm trying to get it running with Jabber and I'm having some issues.
I've got openfire installed and running, SMF with Temar's api is up, and the api mod appears to be connecting to the Jabber server without any difficulty. On the jabber settings section, I've got things setup, but, I can't seem to be able to add any rules. I think it's because of the field that the red arrow is pointing to:

I'm not sure what that field is, nor am I sure why it's not populated with anything. Can anyone assist with this? This is the song.... |

I found a few ways to install it and not all were the correct way.
